Robert primarily focuses on criminal law, legal ethics, municipal law, personal injury, and trial practice. He graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Supreme Court of New Jersey, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Throughout his career, Robert has served as a delegate for the Judicial Conference on Sanctioning and Probation, as well as a bar panelist for the Camden County Civil Division of Superior Court. He is also a former Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice. Robert is currently a member of the Camden County Bar Association and the Judicial Selection Committee. He is also part of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the American Association for Justice, and a member of the New Jersey Association of Trial Lawyers.
